How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Each box is sold on a monthly basis, so we will charge once per month, on the 11th. Opt out at any time! New boxes are shipped on the 4th of each month.

Why does the number of items vary?

You'll get three (or more) clothing items each month. The reason it varies is because the value depends on the item. For instance, you might get new-with-tags shoes, a pair of shorts, and a new button-up. OR you might get two tees, new overalls, and a dress. (Plus an accessory or two.) We try to put the same value into each box. 

Can we donate or trade our outgrown clothes?

Yes! If you're local (Northeast Los Angeles) you can trade a bag of your quality, good to new condition clothes for a brand new to you Moon Canyon Kids box. Email mooncanyonkids@gmail.com for info. 

What about returns?

Unfortunately due to shipping costs, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged on arrival or it doesn't fit. In that case, we will happily exchange!
